You will interpret through OPI and VRI platforms, conveying meaning, tone, and intent accurately. The work requires confidentiality, professionalism, composure, and cultural sensitivity during sensitive or distressing calls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret between Japanese and English speakers in real time
- Support healthcare and emergency services communications
- Facilitate insurance, legal, financial, and public service conversations




- Manage video interactions and appropriate visual communication etiquette
- Participate in training, quality monitoring, and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Fluency in Japanese and English across required language skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Residence in Ontario and legal authorization to work
- Robust listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
