You will drive end-to-end recruitment, deploy HRIS, ATS, and LMS tools, and partner with leadership on strategic staffing and governance across the institution. The role requires 5–8 years in HR management, with solid recruitment, onboarding, and policy experience, and a CHRP/CHRL asset.
