Serve patients, visitors, and staff at Chinook Regional Hospital using food preparation and customer service skills. This casual role includes wide-ranging shifts. As a Retail Food Service Worker with Alberta Health Services, you will complete routine food service tasks under general supervision. You will prepare, portion, package, and serve food according to menus and established standards. The work supports Nutrition Food Service and includes cash handling, inventory, catering, and sanitation duties. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, handle, portion, and package food and beverages Provide excellent customer service to patients and customers Complete cash handling duties accurately Stock and rotate inventory while tracking waste Prepare and deliver catering orders Requirements: Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent Read, write, speak, and understand English Lift food, supplies, and equipment up to 46 pounds Push and pull meal carts up to 250 pounds Work days, evenings, and weekends, 3–4 days weekly Apply food preparation, sanitation, portion control, and customer service skills within Alberta Health Services Nutrition Food Service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
