You will support Community Clients independence at home by delivering personal care and daily living assistance as part of a Nurse/LPN team.The role involves daily personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and reporting changes in client conditions. This is a permanent part time position (0.55) with day shifts from 13:00 to 17:30.
