As a Kitchen Attendant, you will support the culinary team through basic preparation, cleaning, organization, and supply replenishment. The position includes guest service, department communication, food storage, and sanitation responsibilities. You will help maintain smooth kitchen operations while following safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with chopping vegetables, peeling fruits, and preparing ingredients
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
- Clean counters, sinks, equipment, stovetops, ovens, grills, and fryers
- Replenish spices, condiments, and paper products
- Store and rotate food items to maintain freshness

Requirements:

- Physical stamina for continuous movement and kitchen duties
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Solid time management abilities across multiple demands
- Valid Foodsafe or Level 2 certification preferred
- Health and Safety consciousness in the workplace
