Deliver detailed daytime cleaning for C&W; Services as a Full Time Day Matron Cleaner, using commercial floor equipment and portable vacuums. Work cooperatively with direction.

Reporting to the Custodial Manager or Supervisor, you will perform custodial duties according to established C&W; Services standards. Your work includes floor care, restroom servicing, surface cleaning, waste collection, and monitoring facility defects. The position requires attention to detail, organization, energy, and endurance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sweep, mop, wash, buffer, and shampoo interior floors
- Vacuum and spot clean rugs in offices and public areas
- Dust furniture, fixtures, trim, glass, and horizontal surfaces
- Clean bathrooms and restock paper, soap, and toilet supplies




- Collect building trash and report possible facility defects

Requirements:

- No previous cleaning experience required for basic responsibilities
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
- Ability to use cleaning tools and commercial equipment
- Attention to detail, organization, energy, and endurance
