Serve bakery customers at South Country Co-op’s Taber Food Store using strong communication and customer service skills. Full availability includes weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Reporting to the Baker Manager, the Bakery Clerk provides service to bakery customers while supporting daily department tasks. You will bag buns and bread, slice bread, maintain housekeeping, and complete light cleaning. Duties may also include decorating products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent service to bakery customers
- Bag buns and bread for customers
- Slice bread according to department needs
- Perform positive housekeeping and light cleaning
- Help decorate bakery products when required

Requirements:

- Be at least 18 years of age
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills
- Comply with safety and sanitation procedures
- Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds
