As part of the Audience Services team, you will engage patrons and support professional theatre operations. Duties include answering questions, controlling venue access, locating seats, assisting with accessible seating, and managing latecomers. You will also support reports, emergency responses, and venue readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome patrons and provide Banff Centre venue information
- Scan tickets, distribute programs, and manage entry
- Help patrons locate seats and accessible seating
- Support evacuations and medical emergency responses




- Record attendance, feedback, concerns, and maintenance issues

Requirements:

- Superior customer service experience and a customer-focused approach
- Working knowledge of First Aid and emergency procedures
- Versatile availability for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
- Comfort using smartphones or mobile devices for ticket scanning
- Ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds intermittently
