As a Patient Services Specialist, you will support patients through check-in, appointments, pre-testing, eyewear services, billing, and payments. This part-time position requires 20-29 hours weekly at the Ottawa - McLeod St clinic. You will communicate in person, by phone, and email while supporting comprehensive eye care and clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and manage clinic check-in and check-out
- Perform pre-testing supporting comprehensive eye care
- Coordinate appointments and prepare prescription printouts




- Manage billing, payments, and eyewear pick-ups
- Perform minor eyewear repairs and adjustments

Requirements:

- Previous retail experience considered an asset
