Senior Project Manager – ICI / Design-Build ConstructionLocation: Toronto / GTA with projects across Muskoka, Kitchener and WaterlooIndustry: ICI ConstructionEmployment Type: Full-TimeWorking Arrangement: FlexibleThe OpportunityOur client, an established Ontario construction firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team following the award of several new projects.This is an opportunity for a senior construction professional to take ownership of multiple significant ICI projects delivered through CCDC 14 Design-Build and CCDC 5 B Construction Management contract structures.The successful candidate will be comfortable managing projects from the early planning and preconstruction stages through procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout. The company offers flexibility in working arrangements and, for the right individual, there is potential for continued advancement into a Director-level position.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and delivery of multiple ICI construction projects from preconstruction through completionManage projects delivered under CCDC 14 Design-Build and CCDC 5 B Construction Management contractsCoordinate closely with owners, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors and internal construction teamsManage project budgets, cost forecasting, schedules and overall financial performanceOversee tendering, procurement, subcontractor selection and contract administrationManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, progress draws and project documentationLead design coordination and identify constructability,
