Support university recruiting in Calgary as a Talent Acquisition Intern, using candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills within Kiewit’s HR team.

On Kiewit’s University Recruiting team, you will support intern and new graduate hiring. You will build relationships with recruiters and hiring managers while learning recruiting systems, processes, and talent acquisition strategy. The internship provides exposure to HR Business Partners, Center of Excellence Leaders, and HR Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Screen resumes and assist interviews under recruiter guidance
- Plan career fairs and campus information sessions
- Maintain candidate records and recruiting systems accurately
- Assist job postings and rehire coordination tasks




- Support sourcing initiatives with Talent Advisors

Requirements:

- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Currently attending an accredited university or college
- Available full-time during winter, approximately January through April
- Robust written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
