The District is seeking a Teacher of the Visually Impaired for Grades K-12 on a 0.20 FTE temporary contract, starting Oct 26, 2026, through June 25, 2027, on-site across the Southeast Kootenay communities.
The successful candidate will hold a Master’s in Visual Impairment with knowledge of the Expanded Core Curriculum, including Orientation and Mobility; BC Teacher Certification is preferred. The District offers a competitive perks package and pension.
