complete complex testing assignments, interpret technical standards and procedures, and provide guidance to developing technicians.Responsibilities Perform advanced electrical testing, inspection, troubleshooting, start-up, commissioning, and data collection on low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical systems.Conduct instrument transformer testing and related diagnostic assessments.Test power transformers using Doble, transformer turns ratio, insulation resistance, power factor, and other applicable diagnostic methods.Test, calibrate, and troubleshoot electromechanical, solid-state, and microprocessor-based protective relays.Perform cable testing using methods such as VLF, Tan Delta, power factor, and DC high-potential testing, where applicable.Test and troubleshoot automatic
