Glen Group is hiring experienced Traffic Control Persons for projects in the Campbell River, BC area. The work centers on full lane closures, reading and drawing Traffic Management Plans, completing Field Level Risk Assessments, and adjusting setups to live traffic. You will coordinate with crews and supervisors while maintaining secure, efficient work zones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review TMPs and establish lane closures, tapers, and detours
- Calculate taper lengths, buffer zones, and sign spacing
- Install cones, signs, barricades, and arrow boards correctly




- Monitor traffic and adjust closures as conditions change
- Complete logs, FLRAs, and incident reports accurately

Requirements:

- At least nine months of TCP experience
- Ability to read and draw Traffic Management Plans
- Ability to complete Field Level Risk Assessments
- Valid Class 5 licence and clean driver abstract
- Availability for outdoor work and occasional weekends
