Operate Mazak Integrex equipment on Stream-Flo's night shift, applying G-code knowledge and exact dimensional measurement techniques. Support high-quality component machining safely.

This CNC Set-Up Operator position runs Monday through Thursday, from 4:15 PM to 2:15 AM, with overtime opportunities. You will set up and operate CNC equipment for Stream-Flo products while maintaining productivity, efficiency, and drawing specifications. The work involves tooling, inserts, fixtures, CAD drawings, blueprints, and ERP records. Programming and Industrial Engineering support best practices and tooling inventory maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate Mazak Integrex CNC equipment safely
- Ensure machined components meet drawing specifications and quality requirements
- Identify, separate, and mark machining non-conformances




- Maintain tooling, fixtures, machines, equipment, and workstations
- Record job information and downtime through required systems

Requirements:

- Minimum five years operating Mazak Integrex or equivalent machines
- Relevant CNC certificate, diploma, or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience machining parts to plus or minus 0.001 tolerance
- Ability to read CAD drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with G-code, tooling, inserts, fixtures, and measurement equipment
