Paladin Security seeks a full-time Security Guard for Yorkville Village, an upscale lifestyle destination anchored by Whole Foods and Equinox. You will patrol the property, respond to emergencies, communicate professionally, and support safety across a customer-focused commercial center. The Monday-to-Friday schedule supports consistent site coverage while serving shoppers, tenants, and guests. Previous security, law enforcement, or supervisory experience is welcome but listed as a nice-to-have.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct mobile and foot patrols across the property
- Respond immediately to emergencies using site protocols




- Communicate professionally with dispatch, colleagues, and management
- Investigate and document hazards, deficiencies, and incidents
- Assist guests while enforcing site rules and policies

Requirements:

- Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Valid G Class Driver's License with acceptable abstract
- Use of Force and MOAB certifications
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
