As a Member Services Representative, you will support member experience alongside YMCA staff, volunteers, and the Fitness Director. You will answer inquiries, handle cash, complete data entry, and promote membership and program services. The position also supports fitness orientations, program check-in, and member retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote membership and program sales professionally
- Provide facility tours and fitness floor orientations
- Assist members with equipment and exercise inquiries
- Complete retention calls and record member satisfaction
- Maintain safe, clean, orderly program areas

Requirements:

- Minimum one year customer service and sales experience
- Current Emergency First Aid with CPR-C and AED
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Secondary school completion or equivalent
- Reliable transit access or a vehicle
