Lead retail security at Kith in Vancouver through vigilant monitoring, crowd management, and qualified customer-facing communication. This full-time position is fully on site.

The Kith Security Lead partners with the Head of Security and General Manager on daily store security responsibilities. You will monitor entrances and sales floors, support staff and guests, manage lines, and help execute product releases. The position also supports security guards, retail operations, and emergency responses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor entrances and manage store traffic
- Observe sales floors for theft and fraud
- Manage crowds and outside store lines
- Support product releases and emergency situations
- Assist with housekeeping and retail operations

Requirements:

- Valid State Security Guard License, Certificate, or Guard Card
- Two to three years of security experience
- Customer-facing and retail or apparel experience
- Effective communication and conflict de-escalation abilities
- Availability for weekends, evenings, overnights, and holidays
