Coordinate MBC Kids summer programming through Bible-based curriculum, staff leadership, and daily program oversight. This seasonal hourly position reports to the Chief Ministry Officer.

The MBC Kids Coordinator manages administration, hiring, planning, and execution for the summer program. You will develop curriculum, train staff, direct volunteers, and address parent requests. The role also supports godly leadership across MBC Kids and Immerse Students programming.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily programming for the MBC Kids Summer Program
- Interview, select, hire, and train program staff
- Research and develop Bible-based teaching and activities
- Respond to parent requests, concerns, emergencies, and crises
- Track expenses and maintain approved department budget parameters

Requirements:

- English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
- Youth, young adult, volunteer, or summer camp experience preferred
- Conflict resolution experience is an asset
- Valid G or G-2 license may be required
- Adherence to MBC Statement of Faith and Doctrine
