This Service Technician role supports reliable door solutions for customers. You will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade sliding, swinging, and rotating doors. The work includes electrical circuits, relay logic, low-voltage wiring, aluminum frames, glazing materials, and hardware. Training and AAADM certification are required before on-call rotations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform planned maintenance and break-fix repairs at customer locations
- Upgrade automated pedestrian doors and related components
- Diagnose electro-mechanical devices, circuits, and relay logic

Requirements:

- Mechanical aptitude repairing electro-mechanical devices
- Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage wiring
- Valid driver's license and positive driving record

- Ability to lift, bend, climb, kneel, and use power tools
