Licensed Practical Nurses provide person-centered care at AgeCare Walden Heights in Calgary, using clinical assessments and medication administration. This regular full-time position supports residents and families.

Reporting to the Director of Care, the experienced LPN provides planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care. The work includes care plans, documentation, resident transfers, and inter-skilled collaboration. Provincial standards and Resident Care policies guide daily practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct resident care using a person-centered approach
- Complete accurate clinical assessments and care documentation
- Implement and evaluate care and service plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to standards
- Support resident move-ins, move-outs, and transfers

Requirements:

- Practical Nurse Diploma
- Current provincial registration and membership in good standing
- Three or more years of seniors’ health experience
- Current CPR training
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
