Lead regional facilities operations at Toronto Community Housing, applying maintenance leadership and budget oversight across a residential sub-district. This is an on-site, full time permanent position. The Regional District Supervisor directs day-to-day demand maintenance and cleaning services within one sub-district. You will lead more than 80 unionized frontline staff, oversee approximately $1–2 million, and support compliance with building legislation. The work includes vendor management, performance management, resident engagement, and strategic service planning. Key Responsibilities: Lead district delivery of building maintenance and cleaning services Schedule staffing and coordinate daily building operations Monitor performance indicators and implement improvement plans Manage operating budgets, vendors, invoices,



and cost variances Support inspections, capital projects, labour relations, and resident activities Requirements: Post-secondary education, trades certificate, or approved equivalent combination At least five years’ large residential building service delivery experience Five to seven years’ facilities or property management experience preferred Leadership experience developing maintenance teams required Unionized supervision experience and G-License are strong assets Bring residential facilities leadership, operational budgeting, compliance, and staff development expertise to Toronto Community Housing’s Regional Operations team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
