As a Key Holder, you will build the Tory Burch brand one customer at a time while driving sales. You will create transformational client experiences through selling skills, fashion and style sensibility, and extensive product knowledge. The role combines customer relations with visual, operational, and loss prevention awareness. You will also take responsibility for opening and closing the store, supporting consistent execution of policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Two to four years in high-volume customer-driven retail
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Open availability for adaptable business scheduling
- Availability for overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends
