This Heavy Equipment Technician position provides quality workmanship, consistent service, and technical knowledge to Wajax customers. You will test, diagnose, repair, maintain, and recondition heavy equipment, gasoline and diesel engines, transmissions, and components. The work includes customer communication, service documentation, manufacturer support, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect and diagnose equipment and components for servicing needs
- Service and repair heavy equipment in shops and onsite
- Recondition components for engine and hydraulic repairs
- Communicate authorizations,



servicing needs, and completed work
- Complete work orders, warranty information, and service records

Requirements:

- Trade certification, Journeyman Red Seal, or registered apprenticeship
- Two to three years of related work experience
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service and customer relationship abilities
