The vacancyRBVE's Lifeworks programme provides life‐changing employability and resettlement support to ex‐service personnel and the families of both veterans and serving members of the Armed Forces across the UK.Our flagship 4‐day course, delivered either online or in person, takes a person‐centred, tailored approach that empowers individuals to move into sustainable employment, education, or training.Lifeworks is award‐winning, impactful, and continually evolving to meet the needs of the Armed Forces community.The RoleWe are seeking a passionate and adaptable Lifeworks Employability Coach to deliver RBVE's flagship programme and provide ongoing support to participants.This is a dynamic, hands‐on role that involves:Delivering the 4‐day Lifeworks programme across the UK (online and in person)Travelling nationwide and regularly staying away from home for up to 4 nights during programme deliveryProviding 12 months of follow‐up support to each participant, ensuring they gain and maintain employmentBuilding trusted relationships with veterans and families, offering guidance, motivation, and practical employability supportDeveloping and delivering a new suite of online employability workshops to expand the Lifeworks offerWorking collaboratively with colleagues, partners, and employers to create meaningful opportunities for participantsAbout YouYou'll thrive in this role if you are:A confident facilitator with experience delivering training, coaching,
