As a Membership Ambassador, you will engage prospective members and promote membership value at the Prince George Family YMCA. You will assess needs, provide facility tours, answer telephone inquiries, and build relationships. Administrative work includes program registration, data entry, tracking spreadsheets, and departmental communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote membership value and engage prospective members

Requirements:

- Current Emergency First Aid and CPR-C and AED certificate
- Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal customer service skills
- Reliable transit access or a vehicle
- Three satisfactory references and required vulnerable sector screening
