We are looking for a Scheduler to work in our busy Community North Shore Healthcare Agency.DUTIESCoordinate service requests and schedule assignments for community home support staffDevelop, monitor and maintain client schedulesCoordinate day to day and long-term staff schedulingAnswer staff phone calls and textsShare after-hours and weekend on-call dutiesAssist HR Coordinator to:Interview applicants and maintain adequate staffing levelsNew applicant reference checks and qualification verificationKeep employee and client files up to dateReview employee hours bi-weekly and entering payroll data into databasePerform other duties as requiredQUALIFICATIONSComputer literate – MS office with an emphasis on ExcelAbility to operate scheduling software in a windows environment (ClearCare / WellSky experience a bonus)Planning/scheduling experience or equivalent education requiredMinimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a health care environmentHealthcare or nursing experience and knowledge of medical terminology an asset, but not requiredSKILLSEffective problem solving, organization and planning skillsAbility to manage time and prioritize multiple tasksAttention to detail, problem solving,
