Build real estate investment experience at PSP Investments through data governance, Excel analysis, and portfolio management support. This internship is based in Canada.

As a Portfolio Management Intern, you will support the Real Estate group with accurate, relevant data for investment decisions. Your work will include database updates, data preparation, system testing, reporting, dashboards, and operational requests. You must be enrolled in a university degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter, update, and reconcile data across systems and databases
- Prepare and clean data for system implementations
- Participate in testing new system implementations
- Apply data governance processes and controls




- Produce reports and dashboards for the team

Requirements:

- Current university enrollment in Finance, Business, IT, or related discipline
- High proficiency in Excel
- Intermediate SQL knowledge considered an asset
- Organizational skills and solid attention to detail
- Must return to studies or complete an academic internship
