Key Responsibilities:

- Perform wide-ranging skilled and specialized maintenance tasks
- Complete light plumbing and electrical repairs
- Handle painting, carpentry, cement, drywall, and tile work
- Repair doors, locks, and light AC systems
- Maintain logs and submit required reports

Requirements:

- One to three years of hotel maintenance experience
- Ability to lift more than 50 pounds
- Responsible, dedicated, and communicative work approach
- English-speaking ability
- Flexible availability for weekends and late nights
