We are working with a growing, family-run insurance brokerage in Calgary looking for a Personal Lines Service Broker professional to join their team.This role is primarily focused on Personal Lines servicing, administration, and policy processing, supporting an established book of business. You'll work closely with the brokerage owners and play an important role in managing day-to-day client and policy needs.This is a excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of insurance or brokerage experience who wants to take on more responsibility and grow with a small, entrepreneurial brokerage.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Personal Lines policy changes and endorsementsHandle vehicle additions and other client policy requestsCollect and review required documentationUpdate policies and client information in the broker management systemPrepare and send policy documents to clientsRespond to client inquiries and follow up when requiredComplete Personal Lines quotes for Auto and PropertyCommunicate with insurance companies regarding quotes and policy questionsSupport general day-to-day brokerage administrationEnsure policies and client information are processed accuratelyRequirements1–2 years of insurance or brokerage experiencePersonal Lines experience preferredExperience with Auto and Property insuranceValid insurance licence — Level 1, 2, or 3Strong understanding of insurance workflows and policy servicingStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and organizational skillsComfortable working independently in a small-team environmentEPIC or other broker management system experience is an assetPunjabi and/or Hindi language skills are highly preferred due to the brokerage's client base.Work EnvironmentThis is a 5-day in-office position working closely with the brokerage owners and a small team.The typical schedule is 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility between 30–40 hours per week.Compensation & Benefits$45,000 – $50,000+based on experienceFlexibility for the right candidateHealth and dental benefitsPotential opportunity to earn additional commission as responsibilities expand into sales/new businessOpportunity to take on additional responsibilities as the brokerage continues to growCareer GrowthWhile the initial focus will be on Personal Lines servicing and administration, there is an opportunity to become more involved in:Personal Lines salesNew businessQuotingClient relationship managementAdditional brokerage responsibilities
