Operate CNC machines at Magellan Aerospace Kitchener, using blueprint reading and dimensional checks to produce quality aerospace parts. Rotating shifts apply.

This CNC Operator position reports to the Production Supervisor and supports effective, effective machining operations. You will load raw materials and programs, confirm tooling, monitor cycles, and intervene when required. The work also involves communicating machining information across shifts and using an internal production system, with training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Load raw materials and programs into CNC machines
- Confirm proper tooling for each part and program
- Read blueprints, sketches, drawings, and operation sheets
- Start and monitor machines throughout machining cycles




- Check product dimensions periodically during machining processes

Requirements:

- One to three years of CNC operator experience
- Experience running, maintaining, and troubleshooting CNC machines
- High attention to detail and strong mathematical aptitude
- Ability to understand and follow English instructions
- Physical fitness and dexterity for moving parts
