As a Property Agent 1, you will support the Leasing and Property Management Section within Real Estate Services. The work spans leasing, property management, market research, agreements, and municipal real estate recommendations. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across varied projects and property types.

Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiate and draft leases, licenses, amendments, and related agreements
- Conduct market research and prepare rent proposals
- Manage inquiries and recommend land-use optimization strategies
- Complete surplus civic land closure and sale processes
- Coordinate inspections, repairs,



maintenance, demolitions, and contracts

Requirements:

- Two-year related diploma and three years of current experience
- Equivalent experience and training combination may be considered
- Eligibility for specified real estate skilled memberships
- Valid unrestricted driver’s license and safe driving record
- Progress toward SR/WA designation considered an asset
