Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Student Services Coordinator welcomes students, gathers information, assesses needs, and directs individuals to appropriate professionals. The role supports timely, student-centered responses within the Student Wellness and Accessibility Centre. Responsibilities also include documentation, confidential information handling, scheduling coordination, and administrative communication.

Requirements:

• Social Services Worker Diploma
• Front-line customer service experience in a related field
• Knowledge of wellness and accessibility issues
• Robust computer, administrative, and document management skills
• Ability to handle crisis situations with student life personnel
