You'll coordinate our design team, purchasing, manufacturing partners, freight, installers, general contractors, and clients to keep projects moving smoothly. You'll manage a mix of direct client projects and formal tender/bid projects, including multi-site rollouts for national accounts.What You'll DoLead projects from sales handoff through installation and final walkthroughBuild and manage schedules around manufacturing lead times and client occupancy datesServe as the main point of contact for clients, designers, architects, and GCsCoordinate site readiness, freight, delivery, and installation crewsManage budgets, change orders, risks, and project timelinesSupport tender projects with specification compliance, submittals,



and documentationManage deficiencies, punch lists, and hand-off to warranty and customer serviceKeep project boards in Asana accurate and up to dateHelp build repeatable processes for national, multi-location programsWhat You BringPMP certification (required)5+ years of project management experience in commercial furniture, interiors, construction, or fit-outExperience managing multiple projects at once, including multi-site rolloutsComfort working with GCs, construction schedules, and site coordinationFamiliarity with manufacturing timelines, freight, and logisticsAbility to read floor plans and furniture drawings (CAD familiarity is an asset)Solid communication skills with both executives and tradesExperience with Asana or similar toolsValid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally across Canada and the U.
