Support residents’ physical, social, educational, and health needs as a Community Support Residence Worker at Campbell Residence. Use empathy, advocacy, and personalized care.

The Residence Worker provides care in a group home and helps implement residents’ programs. You will support quality of life while following organizational policies, procedures, and philosophy. The work includes individualized and group support, life-skills teaching, and advocacy for residents and families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide care for individuals in the group home
- Support residents’ physical, social, educational, and health needs
- Implement resident programs, policies, procedures, and philosophy
- Provide personalized support and teach life skills




- Advocate for needed support and system changes

Requirements:

- Community Support Worker Certificate or equivalent
- Three months delivering similar services
- Group home experience supporting individuals with disabilities
- Valid First Aid, CPR, and Food Secure certificates
- Class 5 license, own vehicle, and Class 4 acquisition
