Drive retail operations at PetSmart through merchandising, inventory management, and pet care while supporting store teams and pet parents.

As a Retail Operations Lead, you share responsibility for operational excellence across the store. You will guide associates, manage merchandise and inventory, support pet care operations, and help maintain safe, organized standards. The position also includes opening or closing responsibilities and Leader on Duty coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide associates in merchandise handling and product presentation
- Train, onboard, mentor, coach, and provide performance feedback
- Execute receiving, placement, displays, and promotional setups
- Audit inventory, analyze trends, and recommend replenishment
- Maintain pet care standards and support safe, healthy pets

Requirements:

- Two or more years of retail supervisory experience
- Full-time availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with computer applications
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain composed under pressure
