Winning work starts with an estimate the field can build. You will price complex commercial, institutional, and light industrial projects so bid decisions are transparent, scopes are complete, and the team can deliver on time and within budget. This role sits at the front of project success: the number you stand behind becomes the plan operations execute. Performance Objectives Produce complete, competitive estimates that win targeted work at planned margin and hold up through buyout. Lead quantity take-offs, scope reviews, and pricing so gaps, overlaps, and risk are identified before bid day. Solicit, level, and recommend subcontractor and supplier coverage, documenting assumptions and exclusions the project team can act on. Build estimate packages, clarifications, and tender submissions that meet client requirements and internal review standards.
