As Membership Coordinator, you will support member service, engagement, retention, and sales initiatives. You will work with the Wine Club Membership Manager and teams across Guest Experience, Marketing, Events, and Fulfillment. The work includes communications, records, shipments, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide warm, responsive service to Wine Club members
- Support outreach, telesales, engagement, retention, and sales
- Answer questions and resolve concerns professionally
- Coordinate shipments, pickups, inventory, and communications
- Maintain accurate membership records and system updates

Requirements:

- Three or more years of customer-facing experience
- Serving It Right certification
- Solid relationship-building and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
