SKILLS REQUIRED. We are looking for a

Chatbot Content Developer

with robust Python or Java scripting and automation experience to enhance, organize, and maintain technical documentation used as chatbot knowledge sources.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of scripting and automation experience

using Python (preferred) or Java.

Hands-on experience with Markdown and documentation-as-code practices.

Experience with Confluence administration, content organization, page structures, and content migration.

Strong working knowledge of Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar source control management platforms.

Experience developing automation scripts and content transformation utilities.

Practical experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools.

Understanding of developer documentation, knowledge management, and content structuring.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts.

Excellent written communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Review, analyze, and improve technical documentation used as chatbot knowledge sources.





Convert Confluence content into Markdown and documentation-as-code formats.

Leverage GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to improve documentation quality, consistency, and structure.

Develop and enhance Python or Java automation scripts for content conversion, transformation, and migration.

Maintain and manage documentation in Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket repositories.

Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to optimize chatbot knowledge sources and documentation workflows.

Troubleshoot documentation issues related to formatting, hyperlinks, images, metadata, and content structure.

Establish documentation standards, templates, and best practices for content management.

Support CI/CD workflows for documentation publishing, validation, and deployment.
