Lead Lindt store operations as an Elevated Keyholder, using customer service and sales leadership to support the team part-time from October through December.

This part-time Elevated Keyholder role reports to the Store Manager and provides leadership when management is absent. You will coordinate team members, support daily operations, and help deliver Lindt’s premium chocolate experience. The position combines retail sales, customer assistance, inventory, scheduling, and cash handling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as manager on duty during openings and closings
- Coach team members toward daily sales targets
- Assist with training and onboarding new employees
- Handle returns and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Manage schedules, inventory orders, and bank deposits

Requirements:

- Retail sales or customer-facing experience
- Team leadership or keyholder experience preferred
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Confident communication and multitasking abilities
- Versatile availability, including weekends and holidays
