The Team Supervisor monitors customer credit and financial risk associated with the collection of Air Navigation Service charges and Miscellaneous Revenue accounts, ensuring appropriate collection controls and risk mitigation measures are applied. The Team Supervisor assesses higher-risk and complex accounts and recommends appropriate action to the Manager, Credit and Accounts Receivable to minimize NAV CANADA’s exposure to financial loss. The role requires sound judgment, effective customer and stakeholder management, and the ability to balance collection objectives, financial risk, operational considerations,



and customer relationships.
