As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will translate business and system requirements into effective platform designs. You will develop, test, implement, maintain, and support applications, modules, and custom-scoped solutions. The work includes technical documentation, corrective actions, issue resolution, and project coordination.

- Analyze requirements, dependencies, and business needs

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree and three to five years’ relevant experience
- Hands-on JavaScript development on ServiceNow
- Integration experience with LDAP, Active Directory, or JDBC
- Experience with Service Portal and UI Builder
- Solid consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills
