The work focuses on inventory health, warehouse performance, data quality, and continuous improvement. You will establish standards, guide strategic initiatives, and translate operational performance into business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Lead upstream materials management strategy and governance frameworks Establish inventory, warehousing, and materials compliance standards Improve inventory productivity, accuracy, and working capital performance Develop dashboards, metrics, and executive business reporting Build capability through training,

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, operations, logistics, or related discipline 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in relevant fields Success leading warehouse and inventory transformation initiatives Solid leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic influencing skills Experience driving inventory optimization and operational excellence Direct NPK inventory, warehouse, and materials governance while advancing data quality, working capital, and operational excellence at Nutrien.
