Lead performance engineering for Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions in a hybrid Mississauga position, using LoadRunner Enterprise and application profiling. As an Assistant Vice President, you will own performance testing solutions for multiple complex applications across TTS lines of business. You will act as a subject matter expert with Development, Architecture, Business, and Production Support teams. The work covers non-functional testing, monitoring, service virtualization, data management, and delivery oversight. Key Responsibilities:

Define performance testing strategy, estimates, plans, and execution oversight Lead testing for load, volume, stress, capacity, and scalability Produce KPI reports, metrics,



and risk management updates Profile applications and identify infrastructure performance bottlenecks Manage, train, and mentor Performance Engineers and Testers Requirements:

Five or more years in performance engineering Solid LoadRunner Enterprise and AppDynamics experience Knowledge of JVM, operating systems, and RDBMS Experience with Agile testing methodology and automation Bachelor’s or University degree, or equivalent experience Apply your performance testing, profiling, monitoring, and leadership expertise across Citi TTS applications in Mississauga.
