This temp-to-perm Structural Welder position focuses on heavy structural steel fabrication for commercial and industrial frames. You will produce multi-pass welds, interpret complex engineering blueprints, and meet strict CWB structural codes. The role combines experienced manual welding with automated technology and paid hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fabricate massive commercial and industrial structural steel frames
- Complete high-strength, multi-pass structural welds
- Read complex engineering blueprints accurately




- Combine manual welding with robotic welding technology
- Maintain clean, organized, zero-incident work bays

Requirements:

- Valid Alberta Journeyperson Welder certification
- Recognized Red Seal equivalent accepted
- Current CWB FCAW/MCAW certifications
