Advise customers on natural products as a Rocky Product Advisor and Sales Associate, using product knowledge and authentic service. This seasonal position requires availability of at least 15 hours weekly.

Rocky creates everyday skin, body, and hair essentials in the Canadian Rockies. You will guide customers toward natural products or a whole new lifestyle while creating memorable store experiences. The position starts in November and is expected to end in January 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate customer service and selling skills meeting Rocky standards
- Share natural product knowledge with customers and team members
- Maintain in-store presentation, replenishment, tidiness, and product quality
- Address customer concerns and complaints with intent




- Drive revenue, ATV, conversion, and performance metrics

Requirements:

- Proven success providing exceptional customer service in retail
- Love of natural products and sharing product passion
- Kind, collaborative approach with customers and team members
- Versatile schedule covering evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
