As a Server, you will deliver expertly served dining experiences meeting Café Boulud standards for quality, professionalism, and friendliness. You will learn the sequence of service while staying knowledgeable about menu options, beverage lists, and daily specials. The role suits candidates with one to two years of server experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Anticipate and service guests’ needs before being asked
- Explain menu options, beverages, and daily specials
- Perform additional side work to Café Boulud standards
- Greet and seat guests when the host is absent
- Take reservations and use the POS system

Requirements:

- High level of French food and wine knowledge
- One to two years of previous server experience
- Valid Smart Serve certification
- Excellent communication and English language skills
- Open availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays
