Operate Eskay Creek’s dewatering circuit using process monitoring, troubleshooting, and secure operating judgment at a remote British Columbia mine site.

Reporting to the Mill Operations Supervisor, the Mill Dewatering Operator supports commissioning, operational readiness, and normal plant operations. You will monitor thickeners, filters, dryers, pumps, and supporting systems. The role coordinates with EPCM representatives, trades, control room operators, Metallurgy, Maintenance, Instrumentation, and Process Control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect, commission, and monitor dewatering circuit equipment
- Track process conditions, moisture, density, and overflow clarity
- Adjust systems within established operating limits




- Respond to abnormal conditions and coordinate corrective actions
- Complete logs, samples, tests, and operational handovers

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
- Mineral processing experience in hard rock mining
- Experience with DCS, filter presses, pumps, and moisture sampling
- Ability to work rotating day-and-night shifts independently
