As a Banquet Server, you will support modern event spaces through attentive hospitality and productive room transitions. You will arrange tables according to Banquet Event Orders, explain menus, build buffets, and serve courses. The position also includes guest payments, station upkeep, and event teardown.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend pre-function briefings with energy and enthusiasm
- Arrange linens, silverware, and glassware following Banquet Event Orders
- Describe menus and assist with buffets and food stations
- Serve courses, replenish drinks, and anticipate guest needs
- Complete payments, side work, teardown, and station cleaning

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED
- ProServe Certification
- Superior customer service skills and hospitality experience
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Ability to lift heavy objects; hotel experience is an asset
