As a Service Account Manager, you will manage key accounts and promote Hitachi Energy’s Engineering and Service portfolio. You will align solutions with operational objectives while supporting asset performance, grid reliability, and modernization. The work includes utilities, industrial organizations, and Ontario market development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and expand service business with Ontario key accounts
- Build relationships and align solutions with customer objectives
- Drive sales across the Engineering and Service portfolio
- Develop market opportunities with market managers




- Maintain forecasting and opportunity pipelines using Salesforce

Requirements:

- Engineering degree, bachelor’s degree, technologist diploma, or outside sales experience
- Three to five years of professional experience
- Two years in customer contact and large project solution sales
- Knowledge of energy markets, competitors, and power equipment
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
